RETAIL INCOME:
The first and most basic way to earn immediate income with Watkins is by marketing our products. Associates earn at least 25% to 39% of the retail purchases made by customers. Associates also save between 25% to 39% on their personal purchases.
BONUS INCOME:
Depending on monthly activity, Associates may be eligible to earn additional bonus income based on their personal sales and the sales of the other Associates in his/her organization. Typically between 3% to 14%. Associates earn these bonuses for leading those they sponsor and helping them to attain the Manager and/or Executive Levels.

To become a Watkins Associate, you simply need to order your Start-up Assortment.
Startup cost is minimal with Watkins—in fact, it is the least expensive way we know of to start your own business. When you join Watkins, you'll be able to choose from one of Watkins Business Starter Assortments. Choose the assortment that is right for you!
In order to become an associate, one of the following packages must be purchased:
Watkins encourages Associates to use products regularly in order to understand the products' benefits; however, Watkins does not require any minimum purchases aside from the Business Introduction Package. In addition, Watkins does not require Associates to keep inventories, as products can be shipped straight to your customers' homes.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I work part-time? Absolutely. As a Watkins Associate you set your own hours, whether part- or full-time. Many Associates choose to keep their full-time jobs, while supplementing their income selling Watkins products.
How much money can I make with Watkins? Watkins Independent Associates earn commissions on every sale. You earn a 25% profit on your retail sales volume, and you earn bonus income (up to 14% more) that increases as you grow your business and progress through each level of achievement. You also make bonus income on the sales of your Associates, if you decide to sponsor anyone. Your income potential is only limited by your drive and creativity to sell the products.
Is training required to become a Associate? You can learn about Watkins products and marketing strategies in the comfort of your own home. Watkins does offer training meetings and conventions around the country, which are, of course, optional.
Do I have to meet monthly sales quotas to continue being a Associate? Absolutely not, Watkins places no sales requirements on your business.
How expensive is it to start a Watkins Business? The Business Introduction Package is only $59.95 ($69.95 CAN). Not much, when you consider the costs involved in starting up most businesses. After one year, you will need to pay an annual fee of $30.00 to maintain your membership.
What are the requirements to become a Watkins Independent Associate? In addition to buying the Business Assortment and signing the International Agreement, you need to be at least 18 years of age, a citizen of the U.S. or Canada, and have a valid Social Security, Federal ID, or Social Insurance number.
What if I have questions? Watkins is committed to team work. The business manual will usually answer many of your questions, however you are always free to contact your Sponsor or Manager to discuss questions or ideas you may have concerning your Watkins business. In addition, Watkins provides a "Support Hotline" that can offer you business assistance and up-to-date company information.
